Archana Component n Systems under the umbrella of Archana Group was established in the year 1989 by a family of Techno -Marketing Professionals .We were the Indian Representative / Agent for M/s ZETTLER GMBH.
Sincere, focused, hard work and devotion saw ACS grow into a million dollar company within three years.
The year 1995 a land mark year for us when Archana Components n Systems entered into a tie up with M/s HOLTEK SEMICONDUCTOR Inc as a representative for their semiconductor products in India. We have been instrumental in our customer getting statutory approvals from M/s ITI, CACT, ETDC, LSCO etc
In the year 2002-03 we established a “Design House“ (R&D Lab) to enhance service to the customer. Our main activity centers around providing application specific solution using Holtek microcontrollers.
In the year 1998-99 intense enthusiasm for growth led to the establishing of another sister concern “GMVR Hitech Enterprises Pvt Ltd” in the year 1998-99. Its main activity centered around importing electronic components from overseas manufacturers and redistributing the same to small and medium manufacturing units on Rupee payment. Our impressive client list reads like a who’s who of the Indian industry: C-DOT, ITI, ECIL, BHEL, TATA-FONE, BARATHI TELECOM, CROMPTON GREAVES, UPTRON, KELTRON, MELTRON, TITAN, BPL-SANYO, TVS –WHIRLPOOL, WIPRO-ACER, L&T etc to name a few. |
